Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. For our patients with insurance, your copay will be due the same day service is provided. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Westport Dental Associates is proud to work with several dental insurance plans to help you receive the care you need. We are in-network with:

  • Delta PPO
  • Delta Premier
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • United Concordia
  • Cigna

However, we will file any and all insurances in or out of network for our patients convienence. We accept a variety of forms for payment, including cash, check, and major credit cards. For patients without dental insurance or patients whose insurance will not cover the cost of their treatment, we have partnered with CareCredit to offer several low- and no-interest payment plans. CareCredit is a trusted third-party financing company that specializes in helping patients receive the care they need now while giving them the opportunity to make affordable monthly payments.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fee

When you schedule an appointment with our office, we are reserving that time for your dental health needs. We understand there are circumstances that will arise that will result in needing to reschedule your appointment; however, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your existing appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $35 no-show or late cancellation fee.
