Meet Dr. Matthew Woods
Dentist in Conway
Dr. Matthew Woods was born and raised in Conway and always knew that Conway would be his home. From elementary school at Sallie Cone through college at UCA, he has always loved this town. His wife, Dr. Jennifer Woods, is also a Conway native and fellow dentist at Westport Dental. They met during their time at UCA and were married in 2017. They are proud parents of their daughters Addison and Audrey and two dogs they adopted from the humane society, Greer and Zoey. Besides spending time with his family, Dr. Matthew’s favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, and cycling.
After graduating dental school from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Dr. Matthew started his career splitting time between Pine Bluff and Memphis while Dr. Jennifer finished her last year of dental school. After this, he and Dr. Jennifer moved back to Conway and started practicing in the area. Dr. Matthew is also a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and participates in the Arkansas Mission of Mercy.
Dr. Matthew grew up as a patient of Dr. Wiedower’s at Westport Dental Associates and his experience in this office had a strong influence on his decision to become a dentist. Because of this, he will strive to give his patients the same experience he had. His personal philosophy has always been to treat every patient as if they were his own family and to make sure every patient of his is well taken care of.
